Brownrigg Hall offers holiday caravan booking under the following terms & conditions :

PAYMENT – A deposit of £100 [each caravan per week booked] is payable when booking. We will send you confirmation, by post or email, upon receipt of this deposit. The remaining balance for your holiday is due one month before you arrive. No further reminders will be sent.

SHORT BREAKS - To be paid for in full at the time of booking.

ALL MALE/FEMALE GROUPS : Please could all male, all female or mixed groups, under 25 years, check with us before you make a booking. Thank you.

SECURITY BOND – We reserve the right to ask for a cash bond of up to £100 per caravan booked. This will be held by us, and refunded to you in full, providing the caravan is found in a satisfactory condition upon your departure, (You will be advised when booking if you will be required to pay a security bond).

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES - You are responsible for any breakages or damage you cause to the caravans(s) and its contents. Please report these before you leave, or else we will send you an invoice which will also include an administration charge of £25.00. Note that we do not normally charge for minor breakages (e.g. glassware, crockery) provided that these have been reported to us.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE - Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement with you is a legal contract. If you cannot go on holiday and the caravan cannot be re-let, you are liable to pay for the booking in full, even if you cancel before paying the balance. If we succeed in re-letting the caravan for that same period, we will deduct from you what you owe us (or refund to you) any such rentals received less your deposit, which is always non-refundable. For these reasons we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your holiday.

NON-AVAILABILITY OF CARAVAN AS BOOKED - We would only cancel your holiday if the caravan(s) was unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was either not possible or not acceptable to you then we would refund to you all monies paid for the holiday. Our liability to you would not extend beyond this refund.

ARRIVAL - Your caravan(s) will be ready for you from 4.30pm on arrival day. Please do not arrive earlier, as we will be busy preparing caravans and not available to welcome you. If arrival is after 6.30pm, please advise us. Upon entry to your caravan, spare a few minutes to read the orange folder on the table. This contains emergency contact numbers, & other useful information regarding the caravans, the park, and the surrounding area.

DEPARTURE - You should vacate your caravan(s) before 10:30am on the morning of your departure. To assist us, we ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Please empty rubbish bins, switch off refrigerator, & leave used bed linen in hallway. Please tell us immediately if any of the equipment is not working properly. Caravan Keys can be deposited through farm house letterbox if no one is available when you are leaving.

COMPLAINTS - Should you find any faults or have any complaints during your stay, please advise us of these immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration.

LIABILITY - We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury unless caused by proven negligent act or omission of ourselves, our employees or contractors, or agents of the same, whilst acting in the course of their employment. This includes loss or damage to vehicles and their contents, and to the personal possessions you bring with you.

WEB SITE & BROCHURE - We make every effort to ensure that the information and caravan descriptions contained on our web site and in our brochure and the accompanying leaflets are accurate. We do however reserve the right to make small changes and we accept no liability for minor inaccuracies.
