Brownrigg Hall offer holiday caravan bookings under the following terms & conditions:-

PAYMENT – A deposit of £100 (per caravan/per week booked) to be paid within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance for your holiday must be paid in full at least one month before arrival date.

SHORT BREAKS - To be paid for in full within 7 days of booking

Cheques only please, payable to J. Benn – no facilities for credit/debit card payments

GROUPS: 3 or more guests [16 to 30 years of age] & large groups – please phone before making a booking.

CHILDREN: 16 years of age & under, NOT to be left alone on site/or in the caravan at any time.

SECURITY BOND – Please be prepared to pay a cash/cheque security bond of £100, per caravan booked (payable upon arrival). Providing the caravan & contents are found to be in a clean & satisfactory condition. A full refund will be sent to you, within a week of your departure date,

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES –During your stay, you are responsible for breakages/ damage you cause to the caravans(s) & contents. Please report these before you leave. The cost plus an administration charge of £25 will be deducted from your security bond. Any remaining balance will sent to you with full details.

GAS FIRE – It is essential that the gas fire is turned off when you are not in the caravan.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE - Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement with you is a legal contract. If you cannot go on holiday & the caravan can not be re-let, you are liable to pay for the booking in full, even if you cancel before paying the balance. If we succeed in re-letting the caravan for that same period, we will deduct from you what you owe us (or refund to you) any such rentals received, less your deposit, which is always non-refundable. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance for your holiday.

NON-AVAILABILITY OF CARAVAN AS BOOKED - We would only cancel your holiday if the caravan(s) was unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was either not possible or not acceptable to you then we would refund to you all monies paid for the holiday. Our liability to you would not extend beyond this refund.

ARRIVAL DAY - Your caravan(s) will be ready from 4.30 pm . If arrival will be after 6.00pm or on a different day, it is essential to advise us in advance, so we can make the necessary arrangements

Upon entry to your caravan, it is a condition of your booking for you to-

1. Check the caravan to make sure everything is to your satisfaction, if not please tell us immediately.

2. Read the orange folder which contains emergency contact numbers & park rules etc

DEPARTURE DAY - Please vacate caravan(s) before 10:30 am . Please leave the caravan in a clean & tidy condition. Empty rubbish bins, switch off refrigerator & leave any used linen/bath mats etc in hallway. Let us know if any of the equipment is not working properly. Thank you!

KEYS - Caravan Keys can be posted through house letter box (if no one is available when you leave).

COMPLAINTS - Should you find any faults or have any complaints during your stay, please advise us of these immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration.

LIABILITY - We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury, unless caused by proven negligent act or omission of ourselves, our employees, contractors or agents of the same, whilst acting in the course of their employment. This includes loss/damage to vehicles & their contents, and to personal possessions you bring.

WEBSITE & BROCHURE - We make every effort to ensure that the information and caravan descriptions contained on our website and in our brochure and the accompanying leaflets are accurate. We do however reserve the right to make small changes and we accept no liability for minor inaccuracies.

Please Note - NO smoking in caravans. For guests comfort & privacy, we do not allow animal/pets, tents, trailers, touring caravans or commercial vehicles on the caravan park.

Important - Brownrigg Hall Farm is a working farm, NOT part of the Caravan Park. Please Do NOT enter farmyard, buildings, fields, or touch farm equipment, unless by prior agreement with the Farmer!
